They can also be eaten plain as a snack or an appetizer, sliced or chopped and added to salads.
Also most people use cucumber for the dark circles under the eyes. It has a skin lightening effect which can also make your skin appear youthful and glowing. The ascorbic acid and caffeic acid in cucumbers brings down the water retention in the eyes. This will reduce the swelling and puffiness around the eyes.
